Insured customers will receive the following: product delivery to your home by a representative of My Scooter Store, setup and education, as well as future servicing of the product. This is all provided through our parent company, Wellness Healthcare Products, LLC. (WHC). WHC accepts Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Kentucky Medicaid, Tenncare, and most insurance.

Non-Insurance Sales (Cash & Credit Card)

Shipping & Handling:
We Ship via: UPS- Ground, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select or Next Day Air.
Delivery: 3 to 5 Days delivery based on address location & stock availability.
Shipping Cost: Actual Shipping charges will be added to your invoice, based on items purchased and location.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks or Money Orders.

If shipment arrives damaged or missing parts, contact the carrier immediately. The carrier has signed for receipt of your package from our warehouse in good condition. Before replacement merchandise can be issued, the damage claim must be filed with the carrier.
